Zenjob is a marketplace that automatically connects companies and part-time job seekers so that both get exactly what they are looking for. Every month, Zenjob matches more than 20,000 talents with 12,000 part-time jobs from over 1,000 companies from various industries such as logistics, gastronomy, and retail. Their goal is to empower the workforce of tomorrow with innovative technology.
The challenge
Fulfilling the hiring roadmap
Zenjob is growing fas and to grow even faster they’re wanted to set up a commercial team in The Netherlands and Germany. To do so, they were looking to hire a great amount of new team members. Because of this, there is an ongoing need for new hires and support. With a focus on fulfilling the high volume hiring roadmap, streamlining recruitment operations and increasing inbound candidate flow through employer branding strategy.
The approach
We kicked-off by setting up a multidisciplinary team of talent management specialists, with expertise in recruiting, employer branding and tech. As soon as the team was in place, we took a closer look at their current tech stack, optimized their ATS and structured their data & reporting to increase efficiency.
Followed by developing Zenjob’s employer branding strategy to appeal to their ideal candidate profile and ensure an end-to-end candidate experience. Once that was settled, our talent business partners got to work and started sourcing, screening and shortlisting talent within our exclusive talent pool and external sources.
The result
Across this 12 months partnership, our multidisciplinary team was able to develop a solid employer branding strategy and optimize Zenjob’s tech stack. Resulting 25 hires and a shorter average time to hire, saving Zenjob a great amount of time to focus on growing other parts of their business.
