50five is a young, multicultural, and dynamic e-commerce platform that believes the future lies in home automation and smart homes. They’re on a mission to become the number one smart home specialist. They have grown exponentially since their launch in 2016, and already expanded to Belgium, France, the UK, and Germany.
The challenge

50five is on a steep growth journey, after internationally expanding their product there was an urgent need for dedicated teams in The Netherlands, the UK, and Belgium. A difficult task, as they didn’t have any recruitment capabilities in-house, nor employer branding or a career page in place.
The approach
To fulfil the entire hiring roadmap of 50five, we set up a team of experienced talent business partners. We started with setting up solid communication lines with the stakeholders from the leadership team of 50five to ensure the interview process was as efficient and quick as possible.
Quickly started sourcing and screening profiles for the first roles, set up the interviews, and supported the closing phase. And continued this process throughout the entire 2-year partnership.
The result
During this 2 year partnership, our multidisciplinary team was able to fulfil the entire hiring roadmap of 50five. Resulting in more than 30 hires, with an average time to hire of only 7.4 weeks.
