We've rebranded. Find out what’s changed and how our new identity better reflects our mission.
RocketPeople got us off the launchpad, but it no longer fits the direction we’re heading in. We’ve grown, evolved, and do more than just hire quickly.
We’ve fine-tuned our recruitment engine while staying true to our purpose: to find remarkable talent and make hiring feel effortless. And now, we start a new chapter with a brand new name: Taleron.

From a recruitment agency to a talent partner
Back when we started in 2020, Amsterdam’s startup scene was booming. Funding flowed, and founders hustled—but most had no clue how to scale teams effectively. We stepped in to bridge that gap, building a recruitment company that did more than just fire off CVs.
From the start, we set out to be different—helping high-growth and ambitious tech companies find the right talent across all functions, not just within a narrow niche. Our tagline, “the performance of an agency, the dedication of an in-house recruiter”, said it all.
Fast-forward to today: we’ve worked with over 300 innovative and curious companies that know the value of a hiring partnership. We’re now spread across Europe and dialled in on leadership impact. A new brand felt overdue, so here we are.

More than a new name: why we’re transforming
As RocketPeople, we belonged to the RocketX branded house. As Taleron, we unveil not only our new brand name, but also a brand new website to showcase what we do and how we do it.
1. We’ve refined our focus and restructured
We believe no role is impossible to fill, yet the stakes rise dramatically at leadership level. That’s why we now operate two dedicated specialist teams: one for commercial leaders and specialists, and another for critical tech roles, from data scientists to engineers.
Whether you need a Manager, Head, VP, or C-suite executive, we zero in on the people who drive scale, where our expertise matters more than ever.
2. We continue to expand our services
Hiring is only one part of building world-class teams. Over the years, we’ve helped clients craft ideal candidate profiles, benchmark compensation, and even conduct training workshops to upskill internal TA teams.

3. We needed a name built for altitude
The name Taleron evokes clarity, confidence, and strength. It hints at talent, feels timeless, and even nods to the talon of an eagle—sharp, focused, precise. Exactly how we work. We scan widely for the right talent. Zero in on high-impact profiles. Landing hires with clean precision.
4. We’ve grown beyond Amsterdam
What started as a local recruitment agency has become a Europe-wide talent partner. With hubs in Amsterdam, Athens, and Spain—and clients from Berlin to Barcelona—we needed a brand that speaks to our broader reach.
